Ferring+You
As a member of the Global Quality Assurance, you will play a pivotal role in evolving and leveraging Ferring QMS at all entities, to safeguard products quality for our patients and upholding Ferring’s GxP License to operate.
You will explore and implement new functionalities and technologies to improve quality operations, anticipate future way of working and fit our business needs.
You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from different business functions across the globe and oversight the quality domain business application to ensure quality tools are kept operational, advanced, and fit for purpose.
This position reports to the Head of Quality Management System, Global Quality Assurance.

Your day at Ferring

• Work across the entire Ferring organization to further develop and implement the QMS
  
• Harmonize and align quality systems, procedures, and practices among Ferring entities
  
• Drive initiatives to strengthen the overall quality operations effectiveness and efficiency
  
• Ensures proactive use of quality risk management and proper utilization of control systems to measure process performance and product quality
  
• Explore new ways of working to improve quality, compliance, and performance in a complex environment with increasing regulatory requirements
  
• Translate business needs into technical solutions, implement these solutions, with increasing automation and simplification
  
• Develop reports and monitoring tools incorporating advanced data analysis
  
• Work closely with global IT teams to guarantee the successful delivery of projects
  

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• Master’s degree or PhD in a scientific or IT related discipline
  
• At least 10 years of work experience in the Pharma/Biopharma and MD industry, Manufacturing/QA/QC with both local and international working experience
  
• In-depth knowledge and understanding or GxPs and pharmaceutical QMS elements
  
• Experience in handling quality business applications and proven knowledge in managing computerized system throughout the different lifecycle stages
  
• Comprehension of both the technical and business facets of procedures and software in quality area
  
• Strong analytical and technical capabilities, enable to deliver modern solutions, incorporating automation, AI and data analysis
  
• Good project management skills with the ability to lead a cross-functional team to achieve desired objectives and interact at all levels of the organization
  
• Acquaintance with some of the following applications/platforms: EDMS, QMS, LMS, LIMS, ERP, Veeva, Trackwise
  
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
