As an Audio-Visual Specialist you will Provide strong expertise in the AV domain.

Specific Responsibilities Include

Service to Senior Management Leadership Team

Set-up, operation, maintenance of all audiovisual equipment for media production and events. This includes, but is not limited to, Camera, Light, Sound, Stage build, Live production hard- and software.

Contact with customers to ensure high satisfaction for users of the AV services.

Postproduction

Responsible for several postproduction tasks. These include, but are not limited to, media ingestion, media backup, media transcoding, media distribution, editing, color grading, sound, VFX, animation.

Innovation/Continuous Improvement/Technical skills Best in Class

Continuously update knowledge on development in industry standards related to workflows and equipment with the aim to improve and develop services to meet client and efficiency needs and changing requirements within Audio-Visual production

Data integrity & Confidentiality

Conduct risk management using any technical setup.

Quality Assurance

Ensure that any feedback/complaint from customer is correctly channeled, according to quality framework

Specialization Postproduction

Create or support the creation of storylines in post-production and manage workflow, including paper edit skills.

Self-motivate and work effectively under deadline pressure while coordinating multiple tasks.

Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a strong sense of how to visually tell a compelling story.

Collaborate with client teams on segment planning and scripting.

Execute editing and graphic needs and provide expertise, knowledge, and creativity to meet project goals and needs.

Specialization General Broadcast Production

Hands on experience planning and running live media productions.

Hands on designing, implementing and maintaining multi cam IP/NDI based studio production environment (Tricaster or similar platform).

Strong technical proficiency on live sound production.

Proficient in NLE editing and general postproduction workflow.

Critical Capabilities

• Federal certificate of Audio-Visual technician or equivalent.
• Experience in live TV production, media broadcast and/or commercial media production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative suite, PremierePro, AfterEffects (postproduction).
• Proficiency with Davinci Resolve (postproduction).
• Fluent French.
• Substantial knowledge of general broadcast production, graphic design, 3D software.
• Experience in a multi-national corporate environment.
