Job Description & Summary

Your tasks

• You are an active part of our asset management practice and crypto assurance team ; a young, international, diversified team in a dynamic sector.

• You are part of the client service team for one of Switzerland’s largest fund operations, that include a wide range of different products and provide you with challenging project work.

• As a member of the core team you will have the opportunity to further refine the day-to-day operating model by applying an in person and virtual working environment that gives you a large amount of flexibility.

• You support the implementation of the brand new PwC Global fund audit tool in Switzerland and in piloting a new way of auditing funds. This includes the further design and implementation of the audit approach, by using new technologies and working with our development team, to consistently raise our quality and efficiency ambitions.

• You support crypto assurance engagements in the financial services industry providing expertise from your knowledge of traditional markets while being curious and interested in developing your crypto knowledge.

• You will work in close collaboration with your peers in Luxembourg and Dublin, our service delivery teams and a wide range of experts.

• You will have direct client contact and support in advising clients on financial reporting and regulatory developments. You keep up to date with regulatory changes by attending internal and external seminars.

• You will be supported in your development and career progression by an experienced coach.

• You will receive regular feedback from colleagues and your coach and build your leadership skills on and off the job.

Your profile

• You are excited about the prospect of re-thinking the fund audit and designing the operating model of the future, working with new technologies and delivering an outstanding client experience.

• You have gained 2-4 years of experience in auditing funds and have built up relevant regulatory know-how in Switzerland and / or Luxembourg.

• You are interested in building blockchain and crypto related knowledge and may already have some existing knowledge to build upon.

• You share your expertise and experience actively by teaching, coaching and mentoring others, and maintain an active knowledge exchange.

• You are fluent in German and English.

• You are innovative and you have excellent interpersonal and project management skills.

• You are in the process of becoming a certified accountant or another relevant qualification.
