EFG is looking for a Senior BPM (Business Process Modelling) BA/Product Ownerto offer a great opportunity to work in a team dedicated for automation.

Main responsibilities

  • Work close to the Business and perform the analysis, flow design, write specifications, business validation, development preparation, project follow up with IT teams and subcontractors, UAT and validation of the implementation.
  • Learn from your colleagues and share your own knowledge and experience with others,
  • To work in human size intercultural project with opportunities for everyone to work on various technologies and be part of the decisions.

You will be requested to implement Business Processes on a global scope within our various departments and entities. You will work directly with business teams and will be responsible to implement the solutions from the analysis and supervision until the final launch. You will be also involved for the evolution, maintenance of implemented processes and planification/rodmapping.

Skills and experience

  • Finished higher education in IT
  • 3+ years of experience on development related to automation/BPM
  • Experience on BPM tools and BPML modelling
  • Certification or experience on AuraQuantic would be a plus
  • Experience of having worked in a large (international) company
  • Knowledge on banking professions would be a plus
  • Dynamic and Passionnate about business process modelling
  • Team player and strong analytical skills
  • Mastering English is mandatory
  • Mastering French and/or German, Italien would be a plus
