For our Supply Chain Projects and Distribution team in Lausanne we are therefore looking for a Business to Business (B2B) Supply Chain Executive.

In this position you will be responsible for the distribution of all PMI products (conventional cigarettes and Reduced Risk Products-RRP) on the Swiss market for indirect retail customers, field force and the Iqos boutiques.

You will

Provide covering from order management to reverse logistics, the position implies daily communication and coordination with a wide diversity of internal and external stakeholders customers, key accounts, finance, supply chain team members.

Manage the daily contacts with the logistics service provider (LSP) in charge of warehousing and distribution of the finished goods to the different locations, in adherence to the contract.

Maintains, updates and monitors documents related to price changes, promotions, launches, and is also up to speed on the constantly evolving portfolio.

Implies contribution on financial flows, including helping unlocking blocked invoices, credit note creations for reverse logistics.

Maintains, monitors and improves operational KPIs linked to the distribution of the goods as well as to the LSP.

Responsible for monitoring, reporting and controlling the distribution and warehousing budget associated to the operations, in adherence to the contract with the LSP.

Identify and if needed leading improvement projects related to order management, warehousing, and end-to-end logistics flow (including reverse logistics)

We’re looking for someone with

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

3-5 years work experience.

Strong understanding of supply chain, mainly in the area of logistics and warehousing.

Knowledge of the dynamic of the Swiss Market is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office tools, experience working with SAP highly preferable.

Strong English and German language in necessary, French would be beneficial.
