To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Clinical Trial Associate who will support our customers’ clinical trial. In this role, you will support our clients on the coordination, data sampling and documentation management.

Your Duties
  • Tracking and reporting trial documents
  • Updating clinical trial databases
  • Prepare, collate, distribute and archive clinical documents
  • Updating manuals/documents
  • Documenting the proper destruction of clinical supplies
  • Providing and collecting forms and lists from investigators for site evaluation/validation and site start-up
  • Preparation of submission package for IRB/ERC and support regulatory agency’s submissions
  • Budget management

Our Requirements
  • University degree in life sciences
  • First experience in clinical research/trial
  • Good knowledge of the clinical trial process.
  • Fluent English and German
