Position Summary

We are currently looking for a Commercial Training Development Intern to join our Nestlé Headquarters in Vevey to take part in several projects in the context of building global capability and to support business initiatives development for the commercial area of Out-of-Home (food services).
A day in the life of a Commercial Training Development Intern

  • Update commercial best practices material specific for the Out-of-Home business
  • Develop, promote, and support the maintenance Global Training & Learning Platform
  • Update performance dashboard of training platforms and propose continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stockholders to guide on capability building best practices material
  • Coordinate the development of insight reports on Out-of-Home Channels and Operators
What will make you successful

  • University degree (Master) ideally in Information System and Marketing Management
  • Experience in project management, digital platforms, and online workshop tools
  • Understanding of the Out-of-Home (OOH) industry is an asset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is an asset
  • Your confidence and leadership attitude coupled with a highly structured and organized mindset
