In addition to department work, we support your professional development and career exploration through program workshops, leadership speakers, employee resource group introductions, new hire panel discussions and small group ‘coffee chats’.Capitalize on a dedicated training and development program that will support your scientific and professional career aspirations, and take pride in delivering work that helps save the lives of millions of people around the world.About The TeamIn General management, we coordinate all the employee-focused activities and external relationships entailing the preparation and coordination of various communication on different internal media.Within the department of general management, the intern will support the day-to-day management of the Geneva site in the development and implementation of tasks in the fields of graphic design and internal communication.Internship Assignment Summary

• Design, production and layout of various communication documents
• Design and layout of regular email communications
• Presentations
• Implementation of video
• Contribution to the establishment and implementation of the communication plan resulting from the communication strategy
• In-house media update: TV Screens, White Boards
• Adapt Office templates for site-specific use: Word / PPT
• Review and improvement of communication documents to the target audience
• Participation in management committees and ad-hoc support of their communication plan
• Contribution to the evolution of the graphic charter
• Participation in the organization of events
• Other tasks and projects assigned

Education/Experience

• You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party
• Training and/or experience in the field of communication is essential
• A minimum of B2 level in English is required
