For one of our clients active in soft commodities trading, we are seeking to recruit a Contract Specialist.

Your mission :

Ensure accuracy of trade data recorded in the CTRM system
Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records
Generate contracts for sale transactions, both immediate and with specific terms
Handle contracts updates based on trading negotiations and perform risk management
Examine received contracts, primarily for purchases, and execute related modifications
Ensure smooth communication and information flow across departments
Assist the legal team in following up existing and new contracts

Your profile :

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in soft commodities contract administration
Degree in business administration, economics and/or trading operations background
Excellent attention to details and contracts literacy
Good IT and numerical skills
Perfect command English; any other language is a plus
Communicator with a good team spirit
