As Controller you are a key person in central Finance Home Solutions organisation, having the responsibility to coordinate month end closing, forecast and budget process. You work result oriented, have strong analytical and leadership skills, support external customers and lead the central reporting team. You proactively analyse and implement process optimization to provide correct information at the right time.

In this position you report to Head Finance & Controlling Home Solutions and you are located at headquarter of Franke Home Solutions in Aarburg/Switzerland.

Your responsibility

  • Managing the financial disclosure and reporting for actual, forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of deviation analysis and sales controlling
  • Preparing all management reports and presentations required for shareholders, Franke Group and Home Solution management
  • Lead the central reporting team (2-3 employees)
  • Project and investment controlling
  • Budget process owner and primary contact for the cluster CFOs and Finance Managers
  • Quality review of monthly managing director reports, IFRS year-end closing, business presentations and investment requests
  • Standardisation of finance and controlling processes, increase effectiveness and efficiency with LEAN organisation based on benchmark analysis and best practices
  • Participating in dedicated projects as project manager or project member

Your profile

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in economics
  • 3 to 5 years experience as Business Controller
  • Strong analytical skills, result oriented and used to work with strict deadlines
  • Strong project and leadership skills
  • Open to work in a multinational company and having the ability to deal with different cultures around the world
  • Good knowledge of SAP and excel are mandatory, knowledge of SAP4 Hana, SAP Analytic Cloud and Cognos is a plus. Ability to work with Databases.
  • Be hands on, a true and proactive team player and a balanced decision maker
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 20%) and open for a potential international relocation at a later stage
  • Professional English skills
