Responsibilities:

• Monthly and annual reporting including forecasting
• Supporting the CFO with your analyses to enable to take cost conscious decisions
• Pro-actively suggesting ways to manage costs and opportunities
• Performing analysis of cost divergence in comparison to previous months and Budget
• Responsible for the Project Reporting in cooperation with the Project Manager
• Support the CFO in sales controlling and the creation of outgoing invoices
• Supporting the annual budgeting process
• Consolidation and analysis of results, follow up on open issues
• Preparation of financial analyses for the Management
• Tracking of KPIs, risks and opportunities
• Lead continuous improvements in the finance department and its processes
• Furthermore you will be acting as the deputy for the Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

• University degree with focus in Finance/Controlling
• 5 years of work experience in the area of Controlling, ideally in an international company in a producing industry
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and German and valid work permit for Switzerland
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel) are essential, good user skills in Navision / Business Central
• Swiss GAAP knowledge required
• Proactive hands-on mentality, great communication skills and relationship management with the ability to convince various stakeholders
• Analytical thinking, the ability to deal with complexity and independent & autonomous way of working
• Careful and accurate way of working
• You characterize yourself as analytical, stress-resistant and problem-solving oriented team player and are communicative and empathetic
