Corporate Development Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Corporate Development Specialist for our headquarter based in Chiasso.

This role will suit individuals with previous experience in management consulting and/or investment banking (M&A) who are willing to change their mindset from advisor to principal and enter a digital economy native company to support its extraordinary activities.

You must have critical curiosity, combined with a confident style. In particular, working as a part of a small team, as Senior Analyst, you will:

• Prepare spreadsheet modeling (including Cash Flow Modeling, Pro Formas, DCF, Merger Modeling and Comparables) to determine valuation, profitability, and financial risks of new strategies and opportunities.
  
  

• Create business case presentations and recommendations for senior management and board of directors.
  
  

• Research and build expertise in the travel market both online and offline and other related industries.
  
  

• Draw up documents (Memo, Presentation, Non binding/Binding offer, Market research, Investment Memorandum, Projects Update, etc..)
  
  

• Manage external advisors/consultants
  
  

• Create and enhance periodical reporting.
  
  

• Facilitate post-acquisition integration with internal stakeholder
  
  

• Assess and execute strategic disinvestment
  
  

• Help monitor performance and manage Venture initiatives
  
  

• 3-4 years of experience in an analytical role within consulting, banking, technology,
  
  

• Self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity
  
  

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects at once.
  
  

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to convey complex issues
  
  

• Ability to synthesise large amounts of information, identify issues, recommend solutions proactively, and apply problem-solving and analytical expertise
  
  

• Superior analytical skills, financial modelling capabilities and ability to grasp business models and operational strategies
  
  

• Demonstrated ability to project manage cross-functionally across a broad set of stakeholders
  
  

• Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
  
  

• Team oriented, collaborative, humble and eager to roll up your sleeves
  
  

• Mother tongue / Fluent in English
  
  

• Strong MS Office skills in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  
  

• Graduate in Economics or Engineering, MBA certification is a plus
