Join our Global Corporate Development Organization:
The Corporate Development Office (CDO) is responsible for creating a rigorous, ongoing strategic planning and management process to ensure Ferring meets its strategic goals and delivers on its growth ambitions, notably following our 2 recent FDA approvals.

In this role, you will support Ferring’s mission by facilitating the definition of the strategic direction and objectives of the company at a global level. The Corporate Strategy Director plays a key leadership role across the organization, by advising the Executive team on matters relating to strategy, performance and management of key projects and initiatives. You will additionally advise on growth opportunities and key market trends and identify and drive transformational strategy projects.

The Corporate Strategy Director will be responsible for developing and monitoring the overall strategic direction of the organization across all business functions and geographies. Your role will involve analyzing the competitive landscape, identifying growth opportunities, and determining how the company can best position itself to succeed in the marketplace. across all business functions and geographies. The role is critical in the implementation of a multi-year strategy for Ferring by ensuring geographical and functional alignment and therefore impacts the revenue growth, profitability, and the enterprise value of Ferring globally.

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• More than 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting and change management, ideally including several years within the Healthcare industry
  
• Extensive experience in project management across business functions and geographies, ideally in Manufacturing / Technical Operations
  
• Management / Strategy consulting experience
  
• Master’s degree in engineering, Lifesciences, Economics or equivalent, ideally seconded by an MBA
  
• Ability to understand holistically market specific trends, industry specific value chain and resulting competitive business models as well as their implications
  
• Demonstrated leadership, result oriented and ability to influence and work across organizational and geographic boundaries
  
• Excellent tactical and practical negotiation skills and good communication skills
  
• Able to build relationships, to negotiate & influence, and manage change in matrix environment
  
• Excellence communication and presentations skills
  
• Fluent in English and one other European language
  
• Ability to travel on occasional basis
  

Your location will be either IPC (Copenhagen) at the Ferring International Pharma-Science Center (IPC) in our spectacular and state-of-the-art new domicile, a landmark located next to “Den Blå Planet”, near Copenhagen Airport. or FICSA (HQ in St-Prex) Switzerland near Geneva Lake.
