Direct Investment in private assets - Transaction support

You will support the sourcing, internal approval, marketing and execution of direct investments in real estate and private companies (direct private equity). Through collaboration with other deal teams across the bank and with external partners you ensure a compliant distribution process. You will be responsible for maintaining UHNW investor profiles, investor qualification and investment criteria data as well as updating the team’s general presentation and investment opportunities overview materials. By maintaining the deal tracker, you make sure you keep track of the distribution process.

You will integrate a team of professionals well versed into raising equity for private companies and sponsors for direct investments. The team is an important component of a new JV between Wealth Management and Investment Banking called Investment Banking Advisory. Composed of very committed professionals, team work is at the core of the way we operate.

You are expected to possess the below:

• University degree or equivalent higher education in business administration, management, economics, banking or finance, engineering, sciences
• 1-3 years’ experience in Real Estate or Private Equity is essential
• Sound personal, communication and technical skill set
• Dynamic with entrepreneurial spirit with drive to be involved in transactional deal flow
• Outstanding problem prioritization, categorization, investigation and resolution skills and competence to make sound judgments and decisions
• Strong sense of ownership, high initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision and escalations
• Fluent in English (in writing and speaking) – other language skills are an advantage
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
