At Belimo, innovations are driven by an interdisciplinary development team in which verification takes a key position. We are currently developing an exciting platform (SW and HW) for our new actuators. For this project, the Verification Centers team is looking for a Verification Engineer to drive the verification of the Embedded Software on our actuators.

Embedded Software Verification Engineer

Your tasks

• Development of test strategies and concepts for the Embedded Software of our electro-mechanical drives
• Implementation and automation of the verification tasks (e.g. test cases) on the associated infrastructure according to the specification
• Development of verification specifications together with the team and in coordination with Product Quality Assurance and experts
• Responsible for the execution, evaluation and reporting of the verifications for all phases of the product life cycle
• Responsible for the planning, proper use and maintenance of the associated verification infrastructure
• Conduct reviews and workshops with the different stakeholders of a system development
  

Your profile

• Technical or scientific studies (ETH, university or FH)
• Experience in on-board software or IoT-based integration and system verification in the context of complex product development
• Sound knowledge of LabVIEW and Python
• Know-how in the use of test management tools and test automation
• Experience in an international environment
• Initiative, solution-oriented and innovative personality with drive and passion for quality
• ISTQB certification is an advantage
• High social and intercultural competence and the will to make a difference
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
