Entry-level Digital Client Support role in Digital Banking

You will offer our clients first-rate support in a future-focused, very dynamic area. You will handle orders and inquiries from clients received by telephone and in some cases in writing, working autonomously and with great dedication. You will support and advise our clients in matters relating to the digital channels. You will impress our clients with your engaging, service-focused, and professional manner. You will welcome the variety offered by flexible shifts (opening hours Mon–Fri 08:00–22:00; Sat, Sun and holidays 09:00–16:00).

• Commercial training or other comparable basic qualification; applications are also encouraged from those re-entering the job market or changing careers
• You enjoy client contact, have a helpful nature, and a focus on customer service
• Strong affinity for digital solutions
• Communicative, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Good language skills in German, French, Italian, or English (at least three languages)
• Willingness to new situations and challenges
• The ability to adapt quickly to the new realities that the digital transformation brings
• Willingness to work 3–5 late shifts or weekend days per month
