Reporting into the Head of HR Systems and Reporting, you will be managing systems, reporting and data activity across the whole organization.
You will be accountable for the development and performance of SuccessFactors, working closely with IT, external service providers and relevant stakeholders to ensure that the system is fit for purpose and in line with the needs of the organization.
System performance:
- Identify potential system development needs, establishing the feasibility of requirements
- Proactively investigate and assess new functionalities that can be developed to support process / system enhancements
- Manage the testing of new functionalities prior to deployment
- Maintain and manage day-to-day operation of the systems: key master data, workflows, tables, roles, and permissions
- Undertake root cause analysis and resolve any system issues identified
Reporting:
- Perform data updates, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies
- Resolve mismatches and handle inquiries with internal and external service providers
- Deliver routine reports on a monthly basis and respond to ad hoc data requests for HR, Controlling or any other relevant function
- Conduct data analysis, prepare KPI reports and dashboards
Support and Training:
- Support users with any technical or functional issues
- Create, maintain and update documentation
- Very good written and spoken English, professional proficiency in German is an advantage
- Knowledge of systems within an HR function, ideally SuccessFactors
- Proficient in reporting and analysis
- Excellent Excel skills, ability to manage large databases
- Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills; attention to detail is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (collaboration across multiple countries & cultures)
