My duties:

  • Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive employee relations. Resolve work conflicts and employee grievances. Manage long term sick leave cases.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Implement recruitment strategies together with management, including execution of direct and indirect recruiting. Provide recommendations on remuneration package, prepare admission and provide onboarding training to new hires.
  • Career & Succession: Implement the local roll-out of the annual Career & Succession cycle, follow up with and advise managers, lead committees and train local clients on process and concepts.
  • Learning & Development: Work with the leaders of local clients to consolidate and implement the L&D plan aligned to Global strategy.
  • Expat management: Manage, support and provide guidance for relocation of expatriates or international transfers.
  • Policies: Advise on global and local policies to clients and (re)write local policies if deemed necessary.
  • HR Reporting: Provides mandatory governmental reporting.
  • Communication: In charge of the communication of internal personnel news.

My qualifications:

  • Fluent in French and English is a must, Portuguese and Dutch are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Suisse labor law
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the field and in an international work environment
  • Independent, pro-active professional with hands-on approach
  • Flexible / Adaptable
  • Positive working attitude with pleasant and excellent interpersonal & communication skills
