Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany. For our latest mandate we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:

Industry | Senior Legal Counsel | Aarburg | perm. | 80% -100% | Immediately | CHF 150’000+

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the contact person in legal issues arising from day-to-day operations
  • Advise on corporate and commercial matters across a variety of functions
  • Negotiate, draft and review commercial contracts and legal documents
  • Handle disputes, compliance enquiries and investigations
  • Further develop the client’s compliance program

Experience:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
  • Completed MLaw and Swiss bar admission
  • Proven knowledge and experience in distribution- and antitrust law
  • At least 5 years of PQE as an attorney in industry or an international law firm
