Join us in a challenging and interesting role as Inheritance Relationship Manager within the client-facing team Inheritance Resolution & Retention within Swiss Universal Bank COO. We are focused on resolving inheritance cases and retaining the assets for the heirs with the bank, thus supporting Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd in successfully servicing its clients. We are handling complex client cases, products and a broad set of tasks to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of services, including client management and retention.

You’ll be a good match, if you have:

• A relevant master’s/bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in an area related to Business Administration or Finance
• You gained experience in working with clients and client-related processes within Credit Suisse and you are familiar with front systems, processes, and our banking products
• You have the willingness and ability to work against deadlines with the highest degree of accuracy
• You combine persuasive social and problem solving skills with a high service orientation, discipline and high quality mind-set
• You are dedicated to seek challenges and have a natural curiosity and a mentality of adopting change
• You display a strong dedication as a team member and the skills to liaise with different partners across functions and hierarchies have enabled you in the past to deliver good results
• You are a German native speaker and fluent in French or Italian to communicate with our clients in written form or to service our hotline; English is used as corporate language
