YOUR TASKS:

Kepler Cheuvreux Solutions is seeking an intern to help develop its delta-1 business. We have the ambitions to strengthen our leading position on this product segment and improve customer service. We intend to achieve this by improving pre-trade (advisory and proprietary strategies) and post-trade (reporting, analysis, execution) capabilities.

As an Intern on the Delta-1 desk, you will be an integral part of our trading floor operations and work closely with various teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Client Support:

• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and requests ;
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries ;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

• Utilize analytics tools to generate reports for clients ;
• Ensure the accuracy and correctness of generated reports.

3. Analytics Tools Enhancement:

• Collaborate on enhancing the capabilities of analytics tools to improve the quality of services provided to clients.

4. Interactions with Banking Partners:

• Engage with banking partners such as US banks (Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley), French banks (BNP Paribas, Societe Generale, Natixis), Swiss banks (UBS, LUKB, Julius Baer), and others ;
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners.

5. Process Improvement:

• Work on improving existing processes related to client interactions ;
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.

6. Feedback Collection:

• Interact closely with the sales team to collect feedback from clients ;
• Relay client feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Student from a top-tier business school, engineering/programming school or at a top-ranked university ;
• Fluent in English and French (is a plus) ;
• Strong interest in client relations and communication ;
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail ;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills ;
• Ability to work independently and in a team ;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach ;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ;
• Knowledge of financial analysis tools and programming languages (Python) is a plus.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions.
