Your field of responsibility


An exciting and challenging role for someone with great analytical skills within our Asset Management Business Area based in Zurich. You will be responsible for providing regular Client Reporting services for our global Asset Management clients, including information on performance, breakdowns, attribution, contribution, risk, regulatory requirements etc. as well as setting up customized client reports based on requirements from Portfolio Managers and AM clients your tasks.
You will take over the responsibility for the monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting process, ensuring to provide high data quality as well as timely delivery to various stakeholders within Asset Management and be a single point of contact for reporting purposes (static data, performance and risk figures, reporting set up) and deal with internal stakeholder to ensure high data quality and sustainability within processes
You will develop new report types based on client needs by interacting with IT specialists and support and lead projects to improve our infrastructure and processes

Your skills and experience


In addition to having completed a university degree in a financial, business or economics discipline you would be the right candidate if you also have:

  • At least 4 year experience in investment reporting, performance analytics, risk management, portfolio analysis, or comparable roles in the financial industry required to be successful in this challenging role
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Excel and Access; programming skills in VBA/SQL are a plus
  • Knowledge in Aladdin applications is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a requirement, German is an advantage
  • You are a self-starter with a can-do attitude and you possess the ability to perform under pressure. You feel comfortable to work independently as well as part of a team
  • You have an affinity for process oriented solutions and IT understanding
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible, reliable and able to cope with stress
  • End product-oriented with focus on timely and accurate delivery
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
