For one of our clients in the French speaking part of Switzerland, in Neuchâtel area, we are recruiting an IT Technician L1 - L2 who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Are you looking for you next challenging position? This opportunity is for you!Responsibilities :As an IT Technician L1 - L2 you provide IT Support L1 - L2 (local and remote), you install and deploy end-users’ devices. You install and maintain meeting rooms devices and install phone devices. You occasionally manage server services (AD, DHCOP...). You are in charge of daily backups, you participate to IT projects and ensure IT security’s best pratices are followed.Profile
  • Federal Certificate in IT
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Windows
  • Basic knowledge in switches and routers
  • Basic knowledge in VMWare, Windows Server and Linux
  • Knowledge in Powershell and Office 365
  • French and English. German a plus
