Your field of responsibility


We offer an exciting temporary role in the Conduct and Ethics team in Zurich. This is your chance to gain insight in and support activities related to Conduct Risk, leveraging your analytical skills. As part of this role, you will assist in data analysis, further develop conduct related reporting and maintain high data quality, completeness and correctness. Moreover, you will also support the review of conduct concerns documented by Front Office and manage incoming data requests. This role offers you great possibilities to extend your knowledge and become a specialist in conduct related topics.

IWM Compliance Conduct & Ethics team is a proactive and independent function, with the aim to protect clients, employees, the bank, and the integrity of the markets, by applying global standards on conduct risk. This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

Your skills and experience


We should meet if you can say “yes” to the following:

  • You hold a Bachelor degree in a financial or technical discipline resp. completed an apprenticeship in the financial industry and gained first work experience
  • You are a self-starter with a can-do attitude and you possess the ability to perform under pressure
  • You are well organized, have very good analytical and coordination skills, and enjoy working on several tasks in parallel
  • You deliver on time with a high level of integrity, very good attention to detail, and high quality standards
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken), German is optional, any other languages an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook) programming skills in VBA are a plus
  • Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
