Your field of responsibility


Join us as Junior Compliance Officer in an interesting position in the Special Projects & Reporting team in Core Compliance.
You will be responsible for the implementation of selected Core Compliance projects, covering IT as well as non-IT changes. The role includes the active management of the projects allocated to you, the capturing and documentation of business requirements, coordination with the relevant stakeholders as well as testing of implemented changes. You will also support the transition of the projects into the daily business.
In addition to project work, you will support the daily management and coordination of the Core Compliance function.
You will partner with other areas within Compliance, and, often, with other areas throughout the bank.

The Core Compliance function is responsible for identifying, mitigating and handling compliance risks via enterprise wide compliance programs. It establishes new bank-wide programs as necessary, and works with the Divisional CCOs to ensure that these are appropriately adopted front-to-back. It drives operational excellence across Compliance, and with particular focus on wealth management businesses. Your skills and experience


We are looking for an AVP who is able to demonstrate the following:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) or equal qualifying experience in Business Administration, preferably specialized in Banking
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in the field of Compliance
  • Project management skills and experience in the field of change-the-bank projects
  • Good knowledge of front-to-back banking processes
  • Results oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Team player who is able to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
  • Highly motivated, self-driven and collaborative spirit
  • Good stakeholder management skills and an ability to effectively collaborate at all levels
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
