(Junior) Lease Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities
  • (pro-)active portfolio management - optimize and improve the existing portfolio in alignment with the European Real Estate strategy
  • Monitor and negotiate lease actions for existing stores (e.g. terminations, lease term, extensions, rent reductions)
  • Prepare and execute business cases in terms of market strategy, location requirements, commercial idea, configuration of space and economic/legal terms and present for approval
  • Coordinate with other functions before finalizing the negotiations (e.g. legal, construction, store design, accounting, marketing, merchandising)
  • Managing administrative tasks

Your profile
  • University business degree or several years of professional experience in a comparable position, advantageously in the real estate industry, business analytics or in sales management
  • Very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken
  • French and any other language covering the CEE market is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS office (esp. Excel), experience in SAP RE as a plus
  • Strong communication and convincing personality
  • Negotiation, analytic and strategic skills
  • Self-initiative, entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
  • Open-mindset and flexibility are a must
