ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
  • Supporting Market Category Multi-Brand Manager in the definition of projects translating the Multi-Brand Category strategy on the Swiss Market
  • Driving the implementation of Brand Marketing projects
What You Will Be Accountable For
  • Manage, conduct, and evaluate projects to implement brand marketing strategy. Drive product and campaign development and deployment, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective budget allocation within the context of agreed projects and approved budgets.
  • Brief agencies and manage operations with agencies in the implementation of assigned brand projects.
  • Direct and coordinate assigned channels (also called Touchpoints, e.g., online platform) in day-to-day business. Fulfil the function of Touchpoint person-of-contact for the brand/category and brand ambassador within the organization.
  • Analyse and evaluate market and market research data to identify and develop new marketing measures for the brand/category.
  • Support Market Category Multi-Brand Manager in the strategic and operational brand planning.
  • Functionally direct and coach trainees and interns and conduct know-how transfer for new staff members of the Brand Marketing team.
Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
  • Degree, business administration with focus on marketing
  • First experience in Brand and/or Trade Marketing
  • High flexibility + excellent interface management (in-house and external)
  • Effective and efficient way of working
  • Experience in project management
  • Feel for brands / consumers
  • Analytical and conceptual skills and individual initiative and organizational skills
  • Distinctive communication skills
  • Marked ability to work in a team, to establish contact and to collaborate
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant marketing applications
  • Business fluent language skills in English (French and/or German are beneficial)
