With our Business Line "Digital Ecosystem" we aspire to enable seamless integration of Belimo devices into the building automation architecture, providing easy access to data and simplifying commissioning and maintenance. This is an exciting, varied key function, shaping Belimo’s future product portfolio.

Lead Product Management - Digital Ecosystem

Your tasks
  • You will take the lead of one of Belimo’s four global Business Lines (BL) as "primus inter pares", together with the BL Head of Product Engineering and a regional PM representative from each of Belimo’s three market regions; together they form the BL Team
  • You will monitor the market, customers and competitors, and drive the BL’s strategy development and implementation
  • Furthermore, you will lead all BL activities, and be responsible for the maintaining the BL’s target product portfolio and roadmap together with the BL Head of Product Engineering
  • For selected projects of high value, you will also act as Lead PM
  • Our expectation of you is that you exemplify Belimo’s collaborative and trusting culture in a multinational team and feel comfortable making decisions when needed

Your profile
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, computer sciences, data analytics or an equivalent combination of education and technical/professional experience
  • MBA, or equivalent continuing education with focus on Strategy, Marketing, Product-Management or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, at least 3 years in a global Product Management role
  • 5+ years of experience in the technical (e.g., software, computer hardware, telecommunication) or the building technology industry
  • Experience with building a digital ecosystem around a device-centric product portfolio is a big plus
  • Cross-functional leadership experience is needed
  • You are a results-driven, stratetically actig and, seeking for solutions and opportunities – you like challenges
  • You are collaborative and trustworthy with a high integrity, also analytical, structured and fact-based
  • A strong fit with our "Belimo-culture" is a must
  • You like to travel globally (travel requirement app. 20%)
  • And – of course – you are fluent in english, German is a big plus
