Who we are looking for:
A Legal Intern based in our Head office in Geneva, with a reporting line to the Head of Legal. The internship is six months long; there maybe a possibility for extension of a further six months.

About the Job

Internship Description:
Review and edit NDAs, engagement letters, and services agreements according to our checklists/templates
Conduct global legal research as needed
Work on new policies and procedures
Edit current legal agreement templates to include our model clauses
Collect and update the legal FAQs and other legal resources on the Symbiotics intranet
Conduct various administrative duties for the legal department (i.e., renaming all shareholder documentation in the shareholder database, procuring signatures for agreements, organizing notarization requests, collecting paperwork, etc.)

Your Qualification

Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person who is also detail-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. More specifically, we are looking for the following skills and competencies:

Available for 6 months starting in immediately; fulltime preferred, 80% acceptable
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Law or equivalent in Switzerland, or just finished the degree
Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Excellent written and spoken skills in English; fluency in French is a plus
An interest in impact finance and/or sustainable development
Strong attention to detail
A team player that enjoys collaborating with others to reach common goals
Flexible and adaptable
Outgoing and able to liaise with many different departments
