The Therapy Development Marketing Manager will design and deploy patient pathway strategic programs that support them in their journey from disease & therapy awareness, referring pathway improvement and access to treatment in a timely manner. It includes the support of implanting centers to improve their outcomes, capacity and resources for the best management of patients. She/He will leverage European and national guidelines, national registries, major clinical & economic data and best practices in the field to develop meaningful and impactful content. She/He will collaborate closely with KOLs & experts to design those programs and mobilize key stakeholders (patients, referring cardiologists and hospital cardiovascular leadership, both clinical & non clinical) on improving their patient pathway. He/she will connect this program with other internal strategic programs, initiatives and tools to best engage and bring consistency on our therapy development programs. Critical for success is the ability to collaborate with key internal teams such as therapy development, medical affairs, professional education and country commercial & marketing to design and disseminate those programs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify market readiness, opportunities and needs for therapy development programs in selected EU markets in light of existing programs

Develop related customer engagement programs, key messages and tools focused on awareness, clinical & economic education and dissemination of best practices of patient management targeting critical stakeholders (patients, referring cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, economic decision makers) in close collaboration with marketing, medical affairs, professional education & commercial teams

Train and collaborate with local teams on the best model to engage and educate critical stakeholders on disease & therapy awareness, patient pathway improvement and hospital capacity activities.

Disseminate programs with a clear multi/omni channel strategy to enhance visibility and adoption of programs.

Measure and communicate key results on regular basis through standardized dashboards across the organization and adjust programs based insights

Education and Experiences

Master’s Degree or equivalent with around 10 years of experience working in med-tech/Pharma strategic account management, strategic commercial solutions, business development, strategic marketing/therapy development programs. Demonstrated success with the design and deployment of those programs with an impact on patient pathways/therapy development

Additional Skills

Fluent in English, written and verbal. Other European languages preferred (German, French, Italian, Spanish)

Innovative & strategic mindset to design new opportunities with a can-do attitude to drive plans into executions & results

Excellent interpersonal communication and influential skills for a wide variety of audiences and levels

Strong analytic and project management skills combined with ability to drive execution.

Ability to navigate in complex organizations and engage a variety of internal and external stakeholders at various levels

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Travel requiment

EU travels up to 25%

This position is temporary and the contract will terminate on January 31, 2025.
