If you are looking to make a meaningful client impact, in a role that highlights your understanding of the technical as well as the organizational change aspects of these technologies, this is the role to consider!As an OT/IoT (Senior) Manager, you will gain key insights into how EY supports our clients to further OT/IoT capabilities across cybersecurity. We are looking for savvy technologists and subject matter experts who are eager to problem solve and bring innovative OT/IoT solutions to our clients to secure their manufacturing and supply chain. Each project at EY will bring new client exposures, encouraging continuous out-of-box thinking and new approaches for the OT/IoT challenges of tomorrow. As a leader for OT/IoT you will be looked at to share your OT/IoT subject matter expertise with the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects in the design, implementation, and/or enhancement of ICS security management and control frameworks, including underlying processes, templates, and tools
  • Lead ICS, OT, and IoT security projects and provide topic subject matter expertise
  • Support organizations to improve their Manufacturing IT/ICS processes
  • Lead assessments of the client’s existing ISC, OT, and/or IoT capability in order to identify areas for improvement and gaps against industry benchmarks, regulations, and leading practices
  • Lead engagement teams and share subject matter experience with early career professionals
Skills And Attributes For SuccessTo qualify for the role you must have
  • You have extensive experience working within OT/IoT/ICS
  • Knowledge and experience (designing, commissioning or maintaining) ICS systems: SCADA, EMS, DCS or PLC. Experience in supporting or troubleshooting industrial protocols such as OPC, Modbus TCP, HART etc.
  • Knowledge of any security standard e.g.: IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, while German and French would be considered a plus.
  • A passion for advising and collaborating with clients to solve complex problems and a willingness to learn new topics.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Highly advantageous would be if you are bringing industry certifications with you like CISSP, CISA, CISM, IMPA, AWS or Azure.
