Packaging Process Consultant (m/f/d)

Your role as a consultant for packaging processes in the life science industry

▪Supporting our clients in the fields of packaging development and validation of packaging systems

of sterile and non-sterile packaging systems

▪Supporting our clients in the fields of packaging and labeling process development and establishing

corresponding control and in-process controls

▪ Supporting the packaging process automation inside and outside of controlled environments

▪ Drawing up validation documentation and supporting the carrying out of packaging process

validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) according to the latest standards and guidance. Knowledge about ISO

11607-X is an advantage

▪ Active participation in process and design risk management processes and assessments.

Knowledge of failure mode and effect analysis methodologies is an advantage

▪ Investigation, assessment, and remedying of deviations in quality (non-conformities, corrective

action & preventive action) within the packaging process. Knowledge about ISO 13485 and ISO

14971 is an advantage

▪ Draw up and prepare quality management documentation

▪ Supporting clients in audits and inspections. Carrying out audits and inspections

▪ Cultivated and actively organized client relations

Your role as a solution-orientated personality

▪ Completed engineering degree, for example, as a packaging engineer, medical technology, polymer

technology/engineering, or equivalent higher education

▪ Five years of professional experience in the packaging industry, if possible, in a regulated industry

such as the food, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry. Professional experience as a

consultant in the regulated industry is an advantage

▪ Experience in the area of medical device packaging is an advantage. Additional expertise in the

area of cleaning and sterilization processes is an advantage

▪ You solve complex tasks using your analytical abilities in a client-orientated fashion supported by

your confident manner and excellent communication

▪ Precise working methods and correct documentation are a must

▪ You can handle multiple tasks/projects and manage priorities accordingly

▪ It is a prerequisite for us that you are prepared to work and travel worldwide

▪ Expert knowledge and safe handling of MS Office applications is a must

▪ English (≥C2) and German (≥C2) is a must. Additional languages are an advantage
