For our client, an international biopharmaceutical company specializing in reproductive health, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, and orthopedics, we are seeking a: Your mission


Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic role within our client, an international biopharmaceutical company with expertise in reproductive health, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, and orthopedics. In this position, based in St-Prex (Vaud, Switzerland), you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless transfer of new products related to packaging at our site. Your duties will encompass the development of innovative packaging solutions, effective management of modifications to existing formats (both products and equipment), and active participation in the packaging process. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and executing packaging documentation to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the transfer of new packaging products to the site.
  • Develop new packaging designs or modify existing formats for new product launches, focusing on new machine format parts.
  • Optimize packaging formats and components to align with marketing and sales requirements, production requests, or cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure packaging specifications meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and production capabilities.
  • Support site packaging strategies, improvements, and root cause analyses.
  • Introduce new packaging suppliers.
  • Review packaging instructions and artworks.
  • Update procedures related to these activities.
  • Investigate deviations or product non-conformities.
Your profile
  • Packaging engineering degree or equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve continuous improvement goals.
  • Dynamic and curious personality unafraid to voice opinions and offer a fresh perspective on existing processes.
  • Strong team player comfortable in a cross-cultural, multitasking environment.
  • Inclination towards and an interest in packaging eco-design would be appreciated
  • Fluent in French and English
