We’re building a world in which animal-free dairy is the better choice for everyone.

Our mission is to empower plant-based dairy to give it the creaminess and mouthfeel consumers strive for. To do this we are developing creamy functional ingredients from non-GMO yeast to be sold as B2B ingredients. We have a fantastic team, investors and advisors by our side, such as Arturo Elizondo and Lukas Böni, and are now eager to make better ingredients than any factory farm could together with you!

Your mission

As Pilot Operator you will set up, operate and monitor our pilot production, with a focus on downstream processes. You will be in charge of the pilot and be involved in the development and implementation of innovations. You will work alongside our team, as well as many different stakeholders. You will be a key person who makes sure our pilot runs smoothly and contribute to our mission of making dairy-free indulgence a reality for consumers worldwide.

What you need to succeed

• Have a completed education in the technical field (or food industry), ideally as a Mechanic / Technologist / Food Technologist with a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) or as a Plant Operator with a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) or equivalent.
• 3+ yrs. of experience in maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of the pilot and lab equipment
• Have an affinity for food and technology
• Possess very good English language skills. Knowledge of German, French and Italian is an advantage.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude
