Credit Suisse’s Experienced and Campus Recruitment Teams are recruiting specialists and brand ambassadors who strategically partner with the business and cultivate positive relationships to ensure a deep understanding of our organizational structure and businesses to help identify the best talent for our business partners and the bank.

This is a temporary role and timely limited to 6 months. The function of a Recruiting Partner allows you to take over the end-to-end recruiting life-cycle for a portfolio with roles across different divisions of the bank from our campus programs through to experienced level. This includes being a trusted advisor for all recruitment related topics to Hiring Managers and Business Leaders. Advise Hiring Managers on all strategic and operational recruiting topics (recruiting process and channels, diversity strategy, interview techniques, usage of assessment tools, compensation as well as relocation packages) and assume responsibility for the identification, selection and hiring of best-fitting candidates from the internal and external market. Conduct interviews with candidates using innovative selection tools and behavioral based interview techniques. Participate in local and global recruiting projects/initiatives and analyze recruitment metrics/reports.

Your skills and experience


We should meet if you can say “yes” to the following:

  • A completed higher education (University/ FH or HF) or equivalent education
  • You have gained first experience in the recruiting industry (in-house or agency)
  • Experience with direct sourcing and qualification of candidates is highly beneficial
  • Initiative and flexible personality with consulting, influencing and strong interpersonal skills
  • Dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Professional and confident manner at different levels and across cultures, the ability to build relationships, gain confidence, respect and trust
  • Independent and well-structured working practice and able to manage multiple priorities and to cope with pressure in hectic times
  • You are proficient in English, German would be a strong asset
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
