Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration support to the Director of Wholesale
  • Coordinate in the preparation of analysis and presentation of weekly sales reports
  • Facilitate weekly sales meetings
  • Assist in the coordination of the Fall and Spring Sales conferences as it relates to the sales team
  • Coordination of all sales tools and samples
  • Supports in the preparation of and logistics involved with all client market presentations. Including but not limited to: assisting team with pre-market prep, organizing food / catering and setup of showroom
  • Support Wholesale team with seasonal order book entry, balancing and account inquires related to product and assortment plans
  • Coordination of marketing support tools and POP
  • Point person to Finance Team for Masterfile account updates
  • Point person for processing promotional or VIP orders internally
  • Maintain and update Wholesale customer contact lists, dealership agreements, account relevant info on CG E-comm site, etc.
  • Coordinate the New Retail Account Paperwork process and Vendor set up
  • Oversee the tracking of Wholesale order confirmations and be a point person for quarterly compliance audits
  • Field inquiries from potential EMEA Wholesale Dealers

Experience, Education and Designations:
  • University degree
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the EMEA retail landscape
  • Analytical skills combined with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel
