The group is responsible for offering advice on all JPMAM strategies (segregated mandates and pooled funds). The target market includes the largest pension funds and insurance companies headquartered in Switzerland.

The 40-50% work time should be 2-2.5 days each week in the office / home office (except for vacation or exams periods).

Key responsibilities will include:


  • Partner with client advisors to support all facets of the sales and business development process
  • Assist the sales team in maintaining prospect and client databases, ensure that critical client information is stored in the CRM Tool and kept up to date
  • Coordinate with product teams on client presentations, portfolio reviews and ongoing relationship management efforts
  • Partner with local marketing team on client events
  • General ad-hoc admin support for the sales team
  • Understand the regulatory and compliance framework, including Know Your Client (KYC) requirements
  • Support the team in the Request For Proposal (RFP) Process

Qualifications:
  • Interest in Asset Management industry and investment funds
  • Languages - Fluency in German and English is absolutely necessary; French would be an asset
  • Self-starting team player, hardworking and eager to learn
  • Analytical skills - The ability to quantitatively analyze JPMAM’s and the competition’s products/performance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Software and database skills - Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a client-servicing role would be an asset
