For a multinational company working in the financial services we are looking for a Project Manager with a strong sales background.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Zurich (3-4 days a week) & home office

About the position:

In this position, you will be responsible for building the sales teams, defining roles and responsibilities of the each member of the team. You will lead the sales team and cooperate to the strategic business development of the company, that is where your project management skills are required.

Main tasks:
  • Building the sales team
  • Managing and coordination of all strategic decisions of the team
  • Defining revenue targets and establishing KPIs
  • Monitoring of competition
  • Planning, Implementing and executing a project which will lead to a strategic growth of the company
  • Travel up to 30% in Switzerland

  • English business fluent, either French or German mother tongue
  • Strong sales mentality and project management know-how
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Resilience & high level of self-motivation
  • Excellent networking and relationship management skills
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • MS Office and SAP & Salesforce
  • Category B driving license
  • Swiss work permit
Your profile:
  • University degree (or comparable level of education) with a focus on IT / sales / marketing
  • Min 3 years experience in leadership, including employee development
  • Strong sales background - you don’t need to be a "hunter", but you know how to manage a sales team
  • Previous experience in project management (mandatory)
  • Very good knowledge of the financial services sector
