Your field of responsibility


As part of a truly agile and cross-functional team, you will have an opportunity to deliver value to the clients by creating interesting and engaging self-service journeys. Your dual role of Requirements Engineer and Scrum Master will help you create synergies in terms of analyzing and specifying requirements, while planning and organizing the delivery within the organization. You will work closely with business and Client experience teams when co-creating new functionality, which will require you to fully understand the need and value of the requirement. On the other hand, you will work closely with the development team on specifying and challenging potential solutions, with the accent of making sustainable and versatile features. As a servant leader, you will navigate the team toward successful delivery in terms of managing scope, timelines, dependencies, processes and testing towards a successful delivery of the roadmap. This position will give you the possibility to learn and grow with us as we move to the next level of agile maturity, scrutinize our practices and improve constantly. Your skills and experience


With the following skills you will be successful in this position:

  • A Bachelor’s or higher degree in technical or business field of study.
  • Fast learner in a dynamic environment with experience in Agile and Scrum working environment.
  • Good knowledge of Atlassian software (Jira and Confluence).
  • Scrum Master and Business Analytics/Requirement engineering certificate is a plus.
  • Your strong organizational and negotiation skills enable you to perform multiple roles with high quality standards.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills paired with good conceptial reasoning and project management skills.
  • Can-do attitude and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Pro-activeness and strong follow-up culture as well as the ability to work well both in teams and individually.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and a positive and proactive team attitude.
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
