We are now looking for a Senior Consolidation Manager that is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission.

These are your key tasks:
  • Preparing FIFA’s annual consolidated financial statement including balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement and notes in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards
  • Creating and maintaining reports using Microsoft Power BI to visualizing, aggregating, and analysing financial data
  • Being the key contact person for financial Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology to streamline and automate mundane rule-based financial processes
  • Preparing a monthly consolidated financial reporting and quarterly financial forecast to allow management to make decisions in a timely manner and for the purpose of planning, analysis and benchmarking
  • Being a key contact for IFRS relevant issues, complex booking transactions and corresponding financial audit questions of FIFA’s consolidated financial statement
  • Establishing analysis and reconciliations for management

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
  • University degree in business administration and/or business informatics and a higher education within Finance & Accounting, preferably with experience as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified expert in accounting and controlling
  • Minimum 5-8 years experiences in an organisation within the finance department or a finance consultancy/audit company
  • Proven records in consolidation and IFRS, ideally within a multicultural organisation or IFRS desk review experience within an international audit company
  • Proven track-recording in leading Microsoft Power BI and Robotic Process Automatization reports projects
  • Pragmatic/solution oriented
  • Integral business understanding
  • Innovative, efficient and very communicative
