We are Hiring

For our Lugano Branch (Switzerland) we are looking for a Java Architect / Senior Engineerto be part of our Company.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analysis of business requirements
  • Design of technical solutions and documentation
  • Takes technical responsibility for all stages in the software development process with focus on configuration, integration and delivery of the products
  • Implementation of software integration solutions in Java
  • Setup the technical testing phases (unit tests, integration tests …)
  • Communication with internal and external resources and partners at all levels in a multi-lingual environment


Qualifications and Skills

  • Scientific degree / master, preferably in computer science or engineering
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills reinforced by structured problem solving approach
  • Experience in Enterprise Integration Patterns (Spring, Apache Camel)
  • Knowledge of the main development Pattern Designs: MVC, EIP, IoC
  • Good knowledge of messaging frameworks (Apache Kafka, Apache ActiveMQ, IBM MQ)
  • Strong experience in software implementation with Spring Boot, Spring core, JMS, JPA, REST WS, SOAP, Apache ActiveMq Artemis, JBOSS EA
  • Experience with container technolgies like Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift
  • Good command of spoken and written Italian and English is a must
  • Experience in the Financial Services area or knowledge of banking business is a plus
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology is a plus
