PURPOSE

Drive and improve performance in all availability matters from the moment of demand capturing to product supply at our fulfillment centers. Achieve highest C/OTA numbers for DTC channels and wholesale partners through active monitoring on global and market level. Demonstrate the attitude of ‘impossible is nothing’ when thinking about our strategic ambitions in this field of play - the ‘moment of truth’ when it comes to satisfying our consumers & accounts.

Key Accountabilities
  • Drive one holistic global availability performance view at required granularity levels to set the right actions for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Market SCM SPOCs and establish impactful C/OTA management through one set of reports and appropriate business controls (‘PPI’)
  • Continuously monitor and assess the current supply chain performance towards targets, execute gap analyses and collaborate with markets on global standards or best practices
  • Support in preparing global & local availability content for GOPS SLT, GSCM SLT and Global S&OP meetings and follow up on agreed actions to achieve ambitious strategic C/OTA targets
  • Work closely with DTC counterparts to assess the current supply chain capabilities towards customer satisfaction, identify and analyse gaps and provide recommendations
  • Support to refine and redesign the required set of indicators to guarantee a DTC-fit next to wholesale as part of the supply chain transformation journey
  • Improve product availability related decision making through system-supported scenario planning; steer optimal allocation and replenishment decisions above market considering AI

Knowledge, Capabilities And Skills
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and operating practices, logistics terminology, basic finance, and management of cross functional interdependencies
  • Skill to derive and deliver a global, x-functional availability mgmt. roadmap
  • Ability to collaborate with partners both within GPS and other x-functional groups to create transparency and derive actions
  • Highly valued: knowledge of markets SCM processes, in particular order fulfillment / customer service / order book management
  • Ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools, experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance
  • Ability to understand and use data to make decisions and influence outcomes
  • Experience with planning software, reporting and analytics tools (e.g., MSTR)
  • Advanced MS office skills and ability to understand systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, MSTR)
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems from an accredited college or university
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or data analytics, preferably in market operations
  • Experience with process (re-) designing and data analytics; preferably in Market SCM organization
