Senior Marketing Manager
Natzka redefines the Data Warehouse landscape by cutting down complexity and
providing user–friendly access to business insights. Natzka is an emerging software company
based in Lugano and Zurich developing an innovative platform in the field of planning,
budgeting and data management. We are developing a cutting–edge system with the
support of the best technologies and the endorsement of important players in the industry
sector. Our ambition is to help our customers to drastically improve their end–to–end
decision–making processes.
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to drive our market
presence and establish our brand in the area of planning, budgeting, and data
management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in crafting compelling product
narratives, defining go–to market plans, proposing, building and executing marketing
campaigns to drive awareness and adoption.

In a nutshell:
- You have 10+ years’ experience in data management and performance
management software sector - You can build a go–to–market strategy from the ground up
- You lead the creation of marketing material and content
- You can lead a digital marketing campaign
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in–depth marketing research providing knowledge on market trends,
dynamics and customer needs in the planning, budgeting and data management
software space - Provide valuable insight to guide product positioning
- Create and execute comprehensive product marketing strategy and plan
- Outline value propositions, articulate unique product features and highlight benefits,
differentiating it from competitors in a manner that resonates with the target
audience - Together with the highly skilled team of engineers at Natzka you will ensure the
seamless execution of go–to–market plans, as well as the consistency of the
messaging with the product roadmap. - You will be responsible for the marketing materials and content, creating and refining
the messaging strategy for the start–up and developing brand guidelines ensuring
consistency across all communication channels (including digital)
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a relevant communication field
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills on how to create an effective marketing
product positioning - 10+ years’ experience on similar position
- Proven experience in software product marketing, with familiarity with planning,
budgeting, and data management software markets - Excellent communication skills
- Native level of English (Italian and/or German is a plus)
- Swiss citizenship or eligibility for a Swiss work permit
