We are looking for a highly motivated, delivery-oriented individual that strives to think strategically and who will apply this when joining the Lombard program, which is one of the Bank’s major programs and sits within the Strategic Change Initiatives Department of CRO Change, as part of the Chief Risk and Compliance Office (CRCO).

  • Based in Zürich, the role focuses on the global implementation of a new exposure calculation for derivatives of collateralised clients (ETD & OTC) and integration into existing front to back business workflows.
  • Chance to collaborate within a high functioning and motivated team in a multi-disciplinary and global environment, delivering value added products within specific timeframes.
  • A high level of collaboration is required between front office, risk management, trading, legal & compliance and IT, which therefore offers high visibility and a chance to build a strong cross-functional network across the Bank.
  • Creating business requirements provided by key internal partners, documenting these into business rules and ensuring alignment with our target operating model.
  • Building the bridge between IT and the business by translating and tailoring the technical content into business applicable material, with recommendations and insights relevant to the audience at hand.
  • Work in partnership with upstream and downstream systems owners and programs to define business solutions and develop functional specifications that deliver requirements.
  • Performing business validation and user acceptance testing activities, while working closely with the front and back-office teams.

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.


Your skills and experience



Are you a dedicated and highly motivated individual who establishes effective relationships with key partners and can make things happen? If so, join us to develop our business!

  • A university degree or relevant professional qualifications in Finance, Economics, Computer science, Machine Learning, Data or Business Management or similar.
  • 5+ years experience as a business analyst/ project manager in a top tier financial institution, paired with proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
  • Exceptional understanding of credit risk business processes and concepts, with particular focus on derivatives.
  • Ability to summarize and contextualize complex information and implementation strategy in a succinct manner that can be presented to senior management.
  • Strong experience with collecting and translating business requirements.
  • A positive personality with a can-do attitude, strong business relationship skills and are happy to work independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressured timelines.
  • Proficiency in English, any other languages are a plus.
