Your field of responsibility


The position is a senior role and part of the Risk & Regulatory team within “Sustainability, Research and Investment Solutions (SRI)” that focuses on risk, regulatory and audit matters working with SRI as well as with Compliance and Risk colleagues. You take the lead on the development and evolution of best practice risk reporting that anticipates emerging risks, drives senior management decision and enhances effective risk monitoring and management across the division. You will have the opportunity to innovate in the risk reporting space and prepare top quality data driven management information for the Senior Management up to Executive Board. You are responsible for data driven risk analysis, assessment and reporting with a focus on operational, compliance and regulatory risk. In collaboration with our key stakeholders, you prepare regulatory responses for both ad hoc queries and formal supervisory reviews. In addition, you represent our team in specific risk governance bodies or change programs.

The Risk & Regulatory team is a group of 5 highly qualified professionals with a breadth of experience in risk management, audit, compliance and program management. We are a relatively new team with risk oversight responsibilities for SRI and a strong track record of delivery. We work in an environment that promotes learning and knowledge sharing, where flexibility and proactivity is appreciated as well as the ability to perform deep work when needed.


This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

Your skills and experience


You would be a great match, if you have/are:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience within a risk, control or audit function or a business unit substantively contributing to risk management and reporting
  • An ability to synthesize information from various sources and present a holistic picture for risk management purposes
  • An ability to think conceptually and clearly communicate your ideas
  • Confident with the analysis of data for management information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
