Senior Specialist - Integrated Business Planning

At On, the most exciting and fastest-growing global running shoe brand, we are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team. You will be the link between business planning, supply chain execution and senior leadership, working across many areas of the business to provide our various teams with accurate, relevant, and timely data and information to support their decision making.

Your Mission

IBP Process:

• Drive data-driven decision-making with insightful analyses and ad-hoc reports for the IBP team and broader decision-making processes.
• Develop root cause analyses uncovering business challenges and opportunities for strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
• Derive and articulate business cases, conduct scenario analyses, and offer critical insights to support informed decision-making for key stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Support organization and facilization of monthly IBP meetings with senior leadership, including the CEO, CCO, CFO, CPO, and COO.

Process improvement:

• Lead strategic projects across the lifecycle of integrated business planning, in line with the overall business strategy, from requirements to implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders from commercial, development, finance, and sales teams, ensuring clear deliverables, known dependencies, and resolution of risks and issues.
• Facilitate communication and foster collaboration between teams for a unified approach to business planning.

Your story

• Higher degree in an Analytical Subject, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4 - 5 years experience in integrated business planning, demand planning, supply planning or a related field. Background in consulting can be a plus.
• Proven analytical skills. Ability to structure ambiguous problems, manipulate and analyse data to solve them, and drive decision making in a concise manner
• Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset. You possess a good understanding of the retail industry and flourish working cross-functionally in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Business proficiency in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools (e.g. Anaplan, MS Excel) for data analysis and planning
