The Salesforce Specialist is part of the Global TechOPS team.


This position isfully remote, but must be based in Europe.


You will be involved in the ongoing development of our Salesforce Org. You will have a record of success in process improvement and adoption using Salesforce. The Specialist will work within the Services Team, and collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Team, Marketing Team, as well as other involved departments to identify, develop and deploy new business processes.


The CRM Specialist will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of Salesforce and connected applications.



Your tasks will be:


  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests by collaborating closely with Sales Operations and Marketing.
  • Actively collaborate with external CRM consultants, as well as in internal stakeholder regarding CRM and ERP.
  • Manage the integration with the ERP system and work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and the external partners on this subject.
  • Manage system integration of new tools and add-ons and pro-actively suggest new solutions.
  • Work with Sales Operations, Sales Success, Educational Services and Marketing to establish and consult on suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Serve as primary System Admin for the CRM environment with 200+ users.
  • Handle administrative functions including user account creation and maintenance, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Assist in training of new users and growth of the CRM skill set across the organization.
  • Resolution of End User issues and operational requests through service desk platform.
  • CRM platform monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Identify, research, and resolves technical problems, by analyzing different solutions and choosing the best scalable fit
  • Create and Update Support documentations.
  • Support in implementing and integrating a new marketing tool.
  • Manage the potential migration from other CRM instances to Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce CRM Specialist.
  • Salesforce Specialist Certification, Salesforce Advanced Specialist and Salesforce Developer required.
  • Preferably an experience with JIRA, Marketing Automation Tools, Conga.
  • Experience in supporting B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to lead the technical implementation of new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, validation rules, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and functionality.
  • Strong data management abilities.
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred.
  • Experience with building custom applications in Salesforce.

  • Perfect command of English (written and speaking).
