Your field of responsibility


The Swiss Trade Management is working closely with Front Office and Sales desks to facilitate the smooth running of the Global Markets and GTS businesses. The team provides control and support to the FX/PM Options Traders and Sales.
Trade Management department ensures complete, accurate and timely trade capture and lifecycle management across multiple asset classes; oversee report monitoring, query resolution, Client support, Trading Risk and Profit & Loss validation. Team performs a wide range of post-trade and lifecycle processes.

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

Your skills and experience


We are looking for an open and positive personality with great interpersonal and
analytical skills combined with an outstanding ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and effective manner.


  • Completed bank apprenticeship or similar education with further education in Finance
  • Min 1-3 years banking experience or administrative functions (Back Office, Operations, Assistant) required; FX und PM knowledge are advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, own initiative and sense of ownership in regards to processes
  • Enthusiasm in performing administrative and recurring activities
  • Flair for troubleshooting and investigation tasks
  • Persistence, assertiveness and structured working methods, able to prioritize and deliver under pressure
  • Business fluent in spoken and written German and English
  • Strong Excel skills, Macro/VBA knowledge. SQL is a plus
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
