Position

As a Training Manager Central Europe, your mission is to support and develop Field Coach Trainers and local teams to deliver best in-class service excellence. Truly passionate about learning & an inspiration to the retail community, you will establish the Training strategy for the region and will support stores to take the teams to a higher level and drive the feedback and coaching ethos.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Retail Director Central Europe, you will bring an entrepreneurial attitude to deliver outstanding Service Excellence & Brand Experience in English and French (and ideally German) across multiple stores in Central Europe:





  • Preparing and facilitating the Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans based on stores/region’s specific needs.
  • Partner with retail management to drive change:
    • Service Excellence:
      • Support and design store-based and regional workshops with Field Coaches, leveraging retail expertise enhance shop floor management organization & operational competence.
      • Collaborate with retail and technological leadership to select and implement LV digital tools and foster an omni channel mindset and ensure a seamless client experience in-store & on-line.
    • Supporting the region in driving customer delight through ensuring applied learning of selling skills by way of observation and coaching.
    • Providing ongoing mentorship to the store teams crafted to support the improvement of proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members.
      • Brand Experience:
        • Manage field teams as they identify opportunities to explore High End and Fashion. Define with management a plan to bring them to the next level.
        • Design and lead transversal product & services workshops (DTP), product essentials training & develop the selling & wardrobing skills of client advisors.
        • Analyze key performance indicators and monitor performance improvement.
      • Other business priorities:
        • Create and assign staff to projects partnering with head office to deploy learning initiatives tailored to the stores-specific needs.
        • Explore and find new ways to use the Learning tools (LABS, LiVE events, APPs) to ensure blended learning is an integral part of store priorities, incl. strategic launches & events.
      • Work closely with HR & Retail to identify talents for the expert/managerial pathways & actively contribute to their development as well as curating tools to accelerate that development
      • Develop retail managers’ capacity to:
        • Implement best-in-class floor management, client experience, coaching of CAs.
        • Drive the feedback & coaching ethos to develop & motivate their teams.
