You will enable the UX team to generate high-quality design outputs and amplify the value of UX by building awareness, growing our team and improving our framework.Join our team and help us to create environments that care!Your New Responsibilities
  • Enable the healthy growth of our UX team with supporting recruitment activities and set up new team members for success
  • Support the team members’ growth by defining career pathways
  • Facilitate initiatives to ensure our team’s cohesion, fulfillment, and happiness at work
  • Develop and maintain the UX team’s communication and website with strategic content to raise the team’s visibility
  • Manage the design tools and technology assessments, sourcing, and implementation
  • Develop and maintain our agile/lean framework, processes, practices and collaboration
  • Lead the UX quality assurance program planning and facilitate the events, documenting and tracking outcomes
  • Be a driver of the user-centered culture change at Siemens by creating teaching resources, learning events, and raising awareness
  • Help grow our inclusive UX team culture with your unique personality
What We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree in design (e.g., product, interaction, visual communications, etc.), human-computer interaction or related field such as applied social science, media and digital marketing
  • 2 years’ experience specializing in building and growing the capacity, productivity and culture of modern design teams
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating operational frameworks, process optimizations, structural or cultural changes or quality processes
  • Ability to manage design, research and planning tools for larger teams and curious about new tooling trends
  • Experience in creating communication strategies and content
  • Deep understanding of design disciplines, user-centered design practice and process
  • Experience of working with cross-functional product teams and leading workshops
  • A trustful and reliable nature with strong organizational and communication skills, hands-on mentality and team spirit
  • Experience of working in an agile and SAFe environment is an advantage
  • Fluent English and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic German skills or any other European language would be an advantage
